A swimming pool is a long-term investment, and warranty coverage plays an important role in protecting that investment after construction is complete. At Larsen’s Pool & Spa, warranty terms are clearly defined and explained upfront so homeowners understand what is covered and what to expect. The goal is simple: long-term confidence in the work and materials used to build your pool.
Warranty coverage begins at the interior finish date and applies to the following components of a newly constructed pool.
- 3 Years – Hayward® Pool Equipment
Larsen’s Pool & Spa is a Hayward Authorized Service Center, allowing for streamlined support and warranty service when needed.
The pool shell is covered by a lifetime warranty, transferable one (1) time under the following conditions:
- The pool must be kept full at all times
- Larsen’s Pool & Spa must be notified if the pool is drained for any reason
- Written notification is required if the home is sold so records can be updated
- Transferability applies only one time
These requirements are reviewed with homeowners so expectations remain clear.
To avoid confusion, the following terms apply to all warranty coverage:
- Warranties are non-transferable, except for the lifetime shell warranty
- Owner negligence is not covered
- Warranty coverage is void if:
- Outstanding balances remain unpaid
- Landscaping is incomplete
- Final inspection has not been completed
- Electronics, pumps, and sub panels are not covered for power surge damage
- One-year leak warranty applies to covered items
Larsen’s Pool & Spa provides a single point of contact for warranty-related questions and service requests. This helps simplify communication and avoid delays when support is needed.
